Product Use Context
These Terms apply to Lucky Ball: Goal on Target in the context of its app presentation. The theme and interface are part of the entertainment experience and do not create external ownership or transferable rights unless a separate official notice says so.
Use the app only for ordinary personal access and do not interfere with security, availability, advertising, measurement, or support systems.
User Eligibility

What You May Not Do: Create multiple accounts, share account access, transfer or sell your account, or impersonate other users.
Account Suspension
Solucate may suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or have been compromised.
Platform Integration: Connecting via Google Play Games links your Lucky Ball: Goal on Target progress to your platform account. Transfer between platforms may not be available.

Responsibility Limits

If Solucate is found liable for any claim, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 USD — whichever is greater.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits limiting.
Why These Limits Exist: Reasonable liability caps allow us to offer Lucky Ball: Goal on Target affordably. They are negotiated terms that reflect a fair allocation of risk.
Consumer Protection Laws: Mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction are not affected by these limitations.

Indemnification Agreement
The following indemnification terms apply to your use of Lucky Ball: Goal on Target.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solucate and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, and costs — including reasonable attorney's fees — from: (a) your Terms violations; (b) your Lucky Ball: Goal on Target use; (c) your content; (d) your law violations.
Defense: Solucate reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any matter subject to your indemnification. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
Notice: We'll give you prompt written notice of any indemnifiable claim and provide reasonable cooperation in your defense.

How We Handle Disputes
This section describes how disputes between you and Solucate will be resolved.
Step 1: Talk to Us First
Before filing any formal claim, contact us at our support team with a description of your dispute. We aim to resolve issues informally within 30 days.
Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will proceed to binding individual arbitration, conducted in English, in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body.
Disputes must be brought individually. Class, representative, and collective actions are not permitted under this Agreement.
This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief. Small claims court actions are also permitted where eligible.
If you prefer not to be bound by the arbitration agreement, you may opt out by emailing our support team within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

When the Agreement Ends
Your use of Lucky Ball: Goal on Target can end in several ways. Here's what happens when it does.
Voluntary Termination: Stop using Lucky Ball: Goal on Target and uninstall it at any time. To permanently delete your account and data, contact our support team.
We May Terminate Your Access
Solucate may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for: serious or repeated Terms violations, fraudulent activity, harmful conduct affecting other players, or as required by law.
When your account is terminated: (1) access ends; (2) earned virtual items may be forfeited; (3) provisions that by nature survive (IP, indemnity, arbitration) remain enforceable.
We may discontinue Lucky Ball: Goal on Target with reasonable prior notice. Refund eligibility in such cases will be evaluated under applicable law.

Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by a specific set of laws. This section explains which legal system applies.
This Agreement is governed by applicable law in Solucate's jurisdiction of incorporation, excluding its conflicts of law provisions.
Venue: You agree that any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be filed in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction governing these Terms.
Nothing in this section removes rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this version and any translation, the English version prevails.

Changes to These Terms
Solucate may modify these Terms from time to time. This section explains how and when changes take effect.
We distinguish between material and minor changes. For material updates (new data practices, new fees, IP rights changes), we provide at least 14 days of advance notice via in-app notification.
The effective date shown on these Terms is the date they apply. Using the app after this date confirms your acceptance.
If you don't accept updated Terms, stop using Lucky Ball: Goal on Target before they take effect. Contact our support team to close your account.

General Legal Provisions
The following general provisions complete your agreement with Solucate.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies incorporated by reference, constitute the complete agreement between you and Solucate regarding Lucky Ball: Goal on Target.
Invalid or unenforceable provisions don't invalidate the rest of these Terms. Each provision stands independently.
Any failure to enforce these Terms doesn't constitute a waiver. Solucate reserves all enforcement rights at all times.
Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without written consent. Solucate may assign its rights in connection with a corporate transaction.
